Marshmallow Mummies!!!

Today Diana came over to see the kids. She went to disney and brought them special presents back. Destiny Lee got an Ariel doll, and Dakota and Micah got two collector pins. After dinner we made marshmallow mummies. Above are the pics of their mummies. Hope you guys all have a great week!!!

Baking Fun!!!!

On Friday the kids and I had some fun baking!!! We made eyeballs, and pretzels and chocolate, and marsh-monsters! Above are a couple of pics of our scary eye balls!!!!

Grandpa and Nana's Visit

Here are a couple of pics from our visit with Grandpa and Nan's visit. It was a special visit because they had never meet Lee Lee and it had been about five years since the other two had seen them. We played some Wii bowling and Micah flew his remote control airplane with Grandpa and got it suck in the tree. They were able to retrieve it after about 5-10 min. Thanks for visiting Grandpa and Nana!!!

Introducing our Clarinet Player......Dakota

Last Monday Dakota had her first band concert!! She did an outstanding job! What was even more special was her grandpa Lynn and Nana were able to come to the concert!! Sleepover

On Friday night Madi came over and had a sleepover with Destiny Lee. I didn't take any other pictures but when they fell asleep I had to take a pic!

Day at the Park

This afternoon after picking up the kids from school we headed to the park. It was beautiful out, there was a nice breeze. Micah and Destiny Lee had a great time trying out new "tricks". Destiny Lee pretended she was a princess and the playground was her castle. I would say their favorite thing to do was the swings. Micah loves this because of course he loves to jump off. So Destiny Lee thought she would also try jumping off today. Below is the video of how it turned out!

Happy Birthday Micah!

Okay so I know I haven't posted again in a while and really I have no great excuse!! Today I am going to post about Micah's 8th birthday. On Monday the 6th, Micah turned 8 years old! I tell you time really does fly, it seems as though yesterday he was a baby! He had over a couple friends and had a pokemon party!! Most of the party was spent playing the Wii. We attempted some balloons games, however it was windy outside. They still had fun trying with the game, but everybody's balloon popped pretty quickly!! Micah requested an 8 layer cake but we settled for a four layer cake!! The cake on the bottom was the one I made on the 6th!!
