More FUN to come

We have lots of more fun activities planned this week, so stay tuned for more pics soon! On Monday the kids and I are headed to a friends house that I have not seen in years! I am very excited! On Wednesday Dakota is going to check out some dance classes she may start attending, and on Thursday we are headed to Ms. Clark's house to play with Tanner and Dean. Stay tuned!!

Baseball

Micah is officially signed for baseball!! He is so excited! Ever since I told him, he has been non stop wanting to practice. We will keep you posted on how he does when the season starts in September!

More FUN!!!!

Tristan and Megan have went back home but the last couple of days before they left were action packed. On Friday we headed to the park to do some sea fishing. The kids all loved this and they caught a couple of fish. After being attacked by mosquito's we headed home. On Saturday we spent the day at Grandma's house, we went in the pool and went on a couple of walks. For dessert at Grandma's we had s'mores. The above picture is one of the best I could get of all the kids. They thought it was more fun to goof off then look at the camera and smile!! Monday we headed to the park, played some baseball and on the playground. After returning home we watched movies and waited for Uncle Phil to come home so we could celebrate everyone's birthday! After dinner we had cake and ice cream. On Tuesday we headed to the movies to see Planet 51! The kids loved the movie. After the movie we headed to McDonald's for free smoothies. Then back home for some water balloon fun! then it was time to say good bye. The kids are now back home and waiting for their Dad to return from sea!!

Twins, Pool, and Natalie

Today we headed over to Jennifer's house (Destiny Lee's teacher) to play in the pool and her adorable twin boys. We went snail hunting and also played with water balloons! The kids had a blast playing with the boys, and we already have a play date for next week. After the pool we headed home for some lunch. After lunch we had an old friend come for a visit. We haven't seen Natalie in probably 3 to 4 years ago. Phil and I used to be her teacher when she was in preschool. Now she is all grown up!! The kids and I were very excited she came by and hopefully we will be seeing her more often!!

34 years young!!

Sunday was my birthday, so after church grandma and Tristan and Megan came over to hang out. Dakota made me a beautiful and delicious cake. (I didn't even get a pic of it.) In the evening we did some sparklers. It was a very great, relaxing birthday!

Beautiful Beach Day

On Saturday we headed to the beach and what a perfect day!! The water was completely flat and we were able to see tons of fish! After hanging out at the beach for a couple of hours we headed back to Grandma's and ordered pizza and had ice cream!!

Bowling

On Friday we went bowling with Aleida and her family. The kids had a great time all bowling together. After bowling we headed home so I could get ready for work. Lots of fun things planned for next week, stay tuned!

More FUN!!!

On Wednesday, we headed to the movies to see The Spy Next Door. The kids loved it. Aleida and some of her family joined us as well. After the movie we headed to Grandma Carla's house to have lunch with Papa. Micah and Tristan spent the night at our house while Megan and Lee Lee spent the night with Grandma. The girls stayed up till midnight just to prove to the boys they could. The girls went swimming and painted their toe nails and finger nails.
This morning we headed to a park near by to play with some friends. The park has a small splash pad so the kids were able to cool off in this hot weather. The kids all had a great time, then we headed home for some lunch. The girls are spending the night again with Grandma and the boys are hanging with Phil. Tomorrow we are going bowling and it's also dress like a cow at chick-fil-a. The little girls are very excited about dressing up, and getting a free lunch. Will post more pics tomorrow!!!

Cousins, Pool and Sleepovers

Today we spent the day at the pool with our cousins. Megan and Tristan are down for a couple of weeks visiting. The kids had a great time playing together. We are very excited to be able to spend time with them, so stay tuned for lots of pictures the next couple of weeks. Destiny Lee and Micah spent the night at Grandma's tonight and tomorrow we are headed to the movies!!!

Pool with Friends

On Friday we spent the morning at Aleida's in the pool! The kids all had a great time playing and making water balloons. They were in the pool from 10:00 to 1:30! They only got out of the pool to eat lunch and then right back in. We hope to have many more days like this coming up!

Park

Last week we headed to the park, to enjoy sometime outside. The only problem is that it is soooo HOT outside!!! The boys played catch for a while and the girls enjoyed blowing some bubbles. I sat in the blanket and read a book! It was a nice afternoon out then we headed indoors for some air conditioning.
